Went here based on recommendations of an Albury local and the food is very good. Lots of meat in the massaman beef, good flavour, pad thai had nice balance. BYO only. Has about ten tables to dine in. Friendly staff.

I have been to this restaurant on many occasions, it is a hidden gem. The food is always fresh and beautifully presented. Their stir fries & curry's are gorgeous . Chili basil prawns /chicken, garlic prawns, Panang / Massaman curry . YUM Don't know how they make a profit as their portion sizes are huge. The wait staff are very friendly and always welcoming. If I could give a 10/10 score I would.

The food was delicious! Definitely authentic Thai food. Staff are very friendly and attentive, the chef came out to bring one of the dishes to our table which was nice. It was busy, dine in and take away which is a good sign that it is popular with the locals and those passing through town. The tables and chairs are out dated but there was a TV with good music playing in the background which gave it a good atmosphere. Suitable for families and couples on a date night :)

My wife and I regularly sample Thai food at numerous restaurants throughout NSW. I must say that this restaurant has the best Thai food that we have eaten in many years. Huge servings and a Lovely waitress. We were very impressed with this establishment. Will definitely eat there again when we are in town. highly recommended

Every dish prepared by Aid and her welcoming staff gives a dining experience that satisfies all of your senses (not only the stomach!) Quality ingredients within every mouthful, large generous servings ladled with authentic Thai flavours and aroma will send your tastebuds into a flavourful state of delirium. I Highly recommend you try dining with Aid and her team at Golden Thai Restaurant!!! Thanks GTR!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Golden Thai Restaurant on our way from Sydney to Melbourne. Despite it being a Friday night, we just about had the whole restaurant to ourselves. The food we ordered (red curry, basil stir fry with rice and stir fried noodles with chicken plus roti) were absolutely delicious and the servings were very big (easily enough for the 4 of us). The two lovely waitresses (Delta and Tahli were very helpful, attentive and kind and the whole place was immaculate. Will definitely come back when next in Albury.

Excellent food and service. First time in the area. Welcoming staff. Food quality and quantity are excellent. Recommend. Not licenced, but allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverage.

This place was talked about with good feedback so I thought I would give it a try and all I can say is wow. Prices are affordable and the meals are both quality and quantity. Bought the pad see ew with tofu and tofu was soft and fresh throughout the whole dish, would definitely recommend and definitely my go to place for a value for money meal.
